- Projects to implement the Borough's Complete Street Ordinance
- Seasonal Decorations
- Enhancements to Main St to compliment the streetscape
- Main Street Blade Sign Project

Finance, HR & Governance

Finance Meetings: 4th Monday of the month at 3:30pm at FBID office.
Ongoing Finance tasks include:
- Oversees all finances of the organization
- Reports monthly to each committee on their standing

HR & Governance Meetings: Vary monthly.
Ongoing HR & Governance tasks include:
- Writes and introduces policy of the management company.
- Ensures all policies and bylaws are adhered to.
